United States Youth Soccer Association (U.S. Youth
Soccer or USYSA) is the youth affiliate and largest
member of
U.S. Soccer, the governing body for
soccer in the United States. US Youth Soccer includes 55
state youth soccer associations, one per state except for
California, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas, which each
have two state associations. Over 3,000,000 youth players
between ages 5-19 are registered with USYSA.
United
States Club Soccer (USCS) is a national organization
and sanctioning body for amateur soccer in the United States. It
represents one part of the fifth and lowest tier in the
American Soccer Pyramid, alongside the
United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA).

in the United States.
Indoor Soccer

The United States Futsal Federation (USFF) is the
governing body of
futsal in the United States. It is the only indoor soccer
football body sanctioned by
FIFA
in the United States.
Recreational Soccer
The
American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) is a
national, non-profit organization which provides soccer
development and instruction for children between the ages of 4
and 19 in all fifty states, some territories of the United
States, and even in other nations. AYSO is mostly run at local
levels by teams of volunteers, including administrators, coaches
and referees, many of whom are parents or family of the youth
they coach. AYSO is affiliated with the
United States Soccer Federation.
