Keystone Team Tryouts and Player Evaluations

Keystone Soccer Club is committed to a tryout process that is open and fair.  Only one team in each age group is filled. Roster positions on teams are limited making every Keystone team competitive. 

Each select team will have a Head Coach and Team Manager. The Head coach will be chosen by the club's Director of Coaching. The team manager is chosen by the Head Coach.

Important Information

  • A Player must have attended at least one tryout session To be considered for a KEYSTONE team.
  • Tryouts will be for Classic & Premier level teams.
  • There is a $20 tryout fee.  SAVE $5 by registering 7 days before first tryout date.
  •  Each player will be given a tryout T-Shirt with a individual number for the player. Sizes will be Adult Small and Adult Large.
  • Team Selections will be posted July 1st on the web referencing the players tryout number. Every player selected will receive an email notification from the Director of Coaching offering a position on a classic team.
  • An acceptance response and $100 commitment fee must be paid to Keystone Soccer by July 15th. If no response by deadline, the roster position may become available to a player who was not previously selected or the coach reserves the option to leave the player slot open.
    The $100 commitment fee goes towards the registration fees that players pay to Keystone Soccer.

Tryout Procedure Information

  • Players should arrive 15 minutes prior to the tryout time for the specific age group.
  • Players need to arrive in soccer attire. Players need to be warmed up and stretched prior to the start of tryouts. Players need to bring water, soccer ball, and shin guards.
  • For specific questions regarding tryouts and the tryout process contact the Director of Coaching directly.

SEASON - BEGINS LATE MARCH AND ENDS WITH THE STATE CUP IN JUNE
